Heirloom Tomato Tartare

Perfect combination of ingredients, the crunchiness of the Al Dente cooked "Haricots Vert" with the slow roasted Heirloom Tomato concasse. A drizzle of 100 year old Balsamic & chervil oil finish the dish.
